Prof. Lu Ting Jie is now the dean economics & management science of school of BUPT (Beijing University of Posts & Telecom). He got his PhD degree in Kyoto University, Japan and had studied in AT&T Bell Lab. His major Research works are focused on information economics & telecom industry polices. His is now the fellow of China Institute of Communications; Commissioner of MII (Ministry of Information Industry)’s Consulting Committee of Telecom Economics; Commissioner of MII’s Committee of Communications Science & Technologies.
