R&D Activities:
R&D Manager and the inventor of the 1st patent of ¡°Shanghai Bell¡±£¬the patent products got more than 1 billion sales income in RMB in 1990s.

Joint-Venture Company Management:
Vice-President, Tianjing-NEC (Jan.1992~March 1994), in Charge of engineering & Technology as well as sales affairs.

Just by end of 1993, i.e. the 2nd year since Tianjing-NEC established, contracted orders in excess of 1 million lines in total and then got net profit 9.5 million USD correspondingly.

Engineering affairs:
Deputy Chief Engineer, BDI, MPT / MII(1994~2001)£¬in charge of engineering Telecom & Information technology development.

Member of¡°Expert-Group of the State Council of China¡±(between 1996~1999).
