Senior Engineer with the rank of Professor. Graduated and
got the degree of Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication
Engineering in Beijing College of Posts and Telecommunications
in July of 1984. From August of 1984 to November of 2000,
worked in Beijing Design Institute (BDI) of the Ministry of
Posts and Telecommunications (The institute has been changed
name as Sino-King Design Institute of Posts and Telecommunications
now). During this period, appointed as Deputy Chief Engineer
of the Division of Telephone Switching System of BDI, Director
and Chief Engineer of the Division of Telephone Switching
System, and Chief Engineer of BDI. The main work was planning
and designing telecommunication network. From September of
1990 to July of 1991, studied in the Department of Electronic
System Engineering, University of Essex, United Kingdom and
got the degree of Master of Science in Telecommunication and
Information there. From November of 2000 to now, as a Deputy
Director General, working in the Telecommunication Administration
Bureau of the Ministry of Information Industry.
