| Prof.
Bi Houjie was graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong
University in 1953, He is a professor of Ph.D. tutor of Nanjing
University of Posts & Telecommunication; adjunct Prof. of
Nanjing University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Fellow
of CIC; Senior Member of IEEE.
His research interests include multimedia and Broadband Communication
Network. He published eight books on Image Coding and Image
Communication etc. He has been the director of the first TV
conference system in China and many video communication systems.
